I had an issue with my SUV. I left it and the next day they took it for a test drive and could not find anything wrong. They volunteered to drive with me to duplicate the issue. They are extremely customer orientated, honest and willing to go the extra mile for you. Though they spent a day with my SUV and a about an hour driving with me and explaining what it could be, they did not charge me for their time or testing. They also did not pressure me into getting something fixed that didn't need repair right away. It's refreshing to find great customer service. They will have my business. Good people!

I was referred to Accurate Transmission for an issue with my truck. They evaluated the truck and informed me that the vehicle was due for a new transmission. Being that my brother is a mechanic I decided to have him fix it with my assistance. The guys at Accurate Transmission did not charge me for the evaluation. When I need a transmission service where I cannot get my own hands dirty, I will be back here.

Bob and his crew did a great job on my Expedition. Explained in great detail the issues and showed me the worn parts. I do most of my own auto work but automatic transmissions are out of my league. Accurate rebuilt mine for a very reasonable price and included a 2 year, 24 miles warranty. I am very happy with the service I got and will always bring my cars here for any work I'm not going to do myself in the future.

I will spare the details because there are a lot of them. These folks took my possibly bad transmission nightmare..found the minor problem, and actually made it a pleasant experience. I had a bad U joint that was pretty much frozen into the yolk of the drive shaft of my Tacoma. I was quoted $45 to replace it and they had a devil of a time. I'm not criticizing, because believe me, I tried to replace it myself, I just didn't have the tools. A "C" clamp and penetrating oil aren't going to do the trick. They had to spend a couple of hours, but they didn't give up AND they didn't charge me for all the extra time. Thanks to Chad and everybody at this Shop. My truck runs perfect now.
